This course provides an explanation of the basic requirements of the applicable 2019 California Code of Regulations (Title 24) as they apply to commercial tenant improvement projects. Attendees are provided with practical methods for the plan review of such tenant improvements and a focus on individual systems, such as Electrical, Egress, Disabled Access, Plumbing and Mechanical. This course also provides clarifications on occupancy classifications and construction type requirements for tenant improvements. This course is essential for permit technicians, plan reviewers, inspectors and contractors.
