No need to pad your bowling average, it’s just a game and we’re in it for the fun.  Please join our generous sponsors as they show us a little offsite merriment at Lucky Strike Hollywood.  You’ll feel as if you’ve stepped back in time with the retro-bowling alley adjacent to the Loews Hotel on Highland Ave.  Hosted fun, food, drinks, and yes – curve balls and bumpers – will all be available to our conference attendees.  Please note:  Entry to Lucky Strike will not be available until 4:30pm.

TropiCALBO Night at the Roosevelt

Post war Los Angeles was a scene.  Hollywood elite flocked to the Cuban-inspired clubs that lined the streets between Hollywood and Beverly Hills.  They danced the Samba and Mambo as the big bands played and the maracas shook.  The world watched as gossip rags reported on the comings and goings of these late-night haunts, and now we, the CALBO influentials, will come together for a night of our own at TropiCALBO.  Cross Hollywood Blvd to the 1927 grand dame hotel – The Hollywood Roosevelt.  You’ll know you’re in the right place from the moment you arrive.  Perhaps you dress up a bit and prepare to Salsa dance, as this will be a night of Hollywood glamour not seen for decades.  This is our annual CALBO fellowship dinner that will be talked about for years to come, and yours for the evening.  We’ll see you there.  Business attire, or tropical-inspired costume attire suggested – but not required.
